Hello!  My name is Matthew Klaska and I am the Superintendent of VIT CUSD #2. I have been at V.I.T. for 16 years now. I have served in roles of Physical Education Teacher, Health Teacher, Dean of Students, Academic Adviser, Assistant Principal, and Elementary Principal, as well as, Football and Baseball Coach all here at VIT. I have been married for 13 years to my wife Amanda. I have two sons Aaron and Derek. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Masters Degree in Education Administration and a Bachelor  in Physical Education with a Health Minor. I received my Specialists degree through Western Illinois University. I was born in Decatur, IL. I am the fifth of six children.
